Roger was a member of Providence Christian Reformed Church and served in the US Army Reserves from 1965-1970.
Roger was preceded in death by his parents, John and Juella Peeks; parents-in-law, Henry and Lillian Lubbers; brothers-in-law, Roger Gunneman, Calvin Lubbers, Howard Lubbers, and Norm TenBrink; and niece, Elizabeth Deters.

Funeral services are planned for 1:00 PM Wednesday, October 29, at Providence Church, 821 Ottawa Ave., Holland. Pastor Dean Slenk will officiate. Burial will be in East Saugatuck Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled from 5:00-7:00 PM Tuesday, October 28, at Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home, 315 E 16th St., Holland. Memorial contributions may be made to Holland Christian Schools and Hospice of Holland.
