Barbara J. Lampen, age 94, of Holland, passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2025 .
She was born on December 23, 1930 to John and Gertrude (Menken) De Pree. She was a member of Christ Memorial Church and enjoyed her winters in Florida with Les.
Barb was preceded in death by her husband, Les Lampen; and her grandchildren: Kelsey O’Connor, Scot O’Connor, Kira Boetsma.
She is survived by her children, his stepchildren: Bob (Kathy) O’Connor, Dennis (Peggy) O’Connor, Ron (Kim) O’Connor, Judy (Doug) Bareman; step-daughter Kris (Paul) Boetsma; grandchildren and great grandchildren;in-laws, Marica Beltman, Bob (Carol) Lampen, Rick (Vicky) Lampen.
A memorial service honoring Barb will be held 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home, 315 E. 16th St. Holland. A time of fellowship will follow the service. Burial will be held in Graafschap Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Holland.
