HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Jun. 30, 2025) – The hub of business attraction and support in Holland will be in one place next year.
On Friday, the Michigan West Coast Chamber of Commerce announced the purchase of third floor space at the new Next Center off of East 7th Street and College Avenue. Officials say that the move was necessitated by the Chamber’s growth that made its current location off of East 8th Street, across from DeVos Fieldhouse, too small for its needs.
Joining Lakeshore Advantage, which relocated to the first floor of the 20,000-square foot Next Center last November, the Chamber will have at its new home expanded gathering areas, flexible meeting rooms, adaptable work spaces, and a dedicated home for its Career Center for connecting local businesses with education.
No mention of a purchase price for the new space was made by Chamber officials, or what the future of its current site will entail. The move should be done by early next year.
