Janet L. (Nagle) Mosher, age 78, of Hamilton passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2025.
Janet was employed at Blue Cross Blue Shield as an administrator for many years. She and Ken enjoyed traveling in their motorhome, especially visiting families in Texas, Las Vegas, and Montana. Her love for dogs was obvious with the number of rescue dogs she took in, the hours she spent volunteering with different rescue organizations, and the way she simply loved and nurtured them. Most recently having 5 dogs with one passing away not too long ago. Her favorite dog was her beloved “Tug”. Another passion of Janet’s was her house plants, filling her home with their beauty and showing Janet’s daily care for each one.
Janet adored her grandchildren and loved to bring them Oreo cookies every time she came to visit.
She was preceded in death by her parents John and Ezilda (Chalifoux) Nagle and her brother Curtis Nagle.
Janet is survived by her husband of 57 years Ken and son: Todd (Molly) Mosher: grandchildren: Claire Mosher and Evan Mosher; sister: Tracy (Tommy) Buckner; brother: John “Bucky” (Angie) Nagle; sisters-in-laws: Gail (Tim) Gundlach and Laura Mosher; and of course, her dogs: Kiko, Minnie, Tink, and Tug.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm, On Thursday, March 20, 2025, at Dykstra Funeral Homes – Mulder Chapel, 188 West 32nd Street in Holland. Visitation will be from 12:00 – 12:45 pm prior to the service.
