Ken was born in Holland Dec. 26, 1947 to Marvin and Evelyn (Woodruff) Ryzenga.
He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving during the Vietnam War and later worked for Trendway Corp for many years. Ken had an extreme love for animals, especially his dogs and cats. He enjoyed the martial arts, family gatherings & the sunshine. Ken will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his father Marvin Ryzenga; mother Evelyn (Ryzenga) Bos and step father Ben Bos; sister Linda Bos, sister Delores (Larry) Schaub; and brother Gene Ryzenga.
Ken is survived by his sister Cindy Bos; brother Jerry Bos , sister in law Diana Ryzenga extended family and friends.
A service to celebrate Ken’s life will be Thursday, February 27, 2025, 11:00am at Lakeshore Memorial Services. Burial will be in Pilgrim Home cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10:00am until the time of the 11:00am service Thursday at Lakeshore Memorial.
In lieu of flowers Memorial contributions in Ken’s memory can be made to Wings of Hope Hospice Allegan , Mi or to a Pet Rescue of your choice.
