Series of Open House Meetings on Proposed HPS Elementary School Revamping Begins on Thursday

HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Feb. 19, 2025) – Holland Public Schools is consolidating its elementary schools.

The district is moving ahead with plans for converting four separate schools now into three buildings and a new early childhood center by the fall of 2027. The renovation of Holland Heights School has been a catalyst for this change, according to Superintendent Nick Cassidy.

Several upcoming open house-style meetings will give the community a chance to provide feedback on the plan, beginning on Thursday evening from 5-7 PM at the District Administration Building (320 W. 24th St.).
