Arthur M. Coffey, age 85, of Hamilton, passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2024, in Reed City, MI.
Art was a loving father and husband who built his home, grew his farm and raised his children in the church. He was an avid gardener and steward of his dogs; fishing was a favorite sport with his friends. He leaves his family a legacy of faith and hard work. Art was a member of Haven Reformed Church in Hamilton.
Art was preceded in death by his wife, Verna, in 1998; his parents, Ernest and Dorothy Coffey; and siblings and in-laws, Aleta Storey, Dena Coffey, Martha (Bob) Novotny, Louis Coffey, and Alice (Roger) Ridlington, Lloyd (Genevieve) Lemmen, and Ron Lemmen.

Funeral services are planned for 2:00pm Wednesday, December 18 at Haven Reformed Church, 4691 Oak St., Hamilton, with Rev. Michael Drew officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Hamilton. Visitation is scheduled for 4:00-6:00pm Tuesday, December 17 at Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home, 315 E 16th St., Holland. Memorial contributions may be made to Love, Inc. and Haven Reformed Church.
