HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Oct. 22, 2024) – A sticky issue for local governments is being tackled again by the Holland City Council.
During Wednesday night’s 6 PM biweekly study session, in which topics are discussed but no final decisions are made, the governing body will review the Tulip City’s current Short Term Rental Regulations that were put into place six years ago.
It was meant to establish some clarity on what is really a property rights issue, according to City Manager Keith Van Beek.
This comes on the heels of other local municipalities having dealt or are currently dealing with this issue, including Zeeland, Saugatuck and Park Township.
The Holland City Council study session is in the Second Floor Training Room of Holland City Hall (270 S. River Ave.).
