HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Feb. 1, 2024) – The timing for the annual festival celebrating the winter season in Holland could have been a little bit better.
Forecasters are predicting sunny skies and temperatures in the 40’s throughout this weekend as Holland on Ice is staged throughout the downtown district, with ice carvers stepping into the proverbial spotlight, according to Downtown Holland Marketing Coordinator Kara de Alvare.
