COLUMBIA TWP., MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Jan. 3, 2023) – A roadside construction project east of South Haven was victimized by a burglary on Wednesday.
According to the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office, a person or persons broke into the site off of Phoenix Road and 57th Street in Grand Junction during the overnight hours and made off with a 20 foot-long, yellow covered, Butler brand flatbed utility trailer, a 7×11 drill mixing system, a subsite underground sonar system, and some drilling rods. No other details surrounding the circumstances of this crime were immediately disclosed, and no suspects were immediately identified or arrested.
