COOPERSVILLE, MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Dec. 9, 2023) – Two teens were taken into custody after a Coopersville business was burgled on Friday night.
According to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sergeant Chris Dill, deputies were summoned to the Psycle Sam’s Heady Glass vape shop off of 68th Avenue around 10:45 PM after an alarm was triggered. After noticing evidence of a break in, a K9 unit was deployed, and a witness in the area helped detectives develop a suspect description.
A short time later, deputies were able to locate the suspects, who admitted their guilt, and recovered property reported as stolen in their possession. Juvenile charges are pending.
