Mikael Grandlund’s goal 37 seconds into overtime lifted the visiting San Jose Sharks past the Red Wings last night, 6-5. Detroit is home to the Ottawa Senators at Little Caesars Arena tomorrow evening.
Phillipp Kurashev scored midway through the second period, and Petr Mrazek made that slim margin stand up by stopping 37 shots, as the Blackhawks blanked the visiting Anaheim Ducks last night, 1-0. Chicago is home to the St. Louis Blues at the United Center tomorrow evening.
