UNDATED (WHTC-AM/FM, Aug. 23, 2023) – School bells ring out for the first time on Wednesday in two public school districts and three individual schools along the Lakeshore.
One of those districts is Holland, where Nick Cassidy begins his second full year as its superintendent.
It’s also the second year at the operational helm for Brad Lusk at Hamilton as the Hawkeyes start classes, while the individual schools beginning classroom education on this Wednesday are Black River and Vanderbilt charter academies, as well as Corpus Christi Catholic School. It’s day two for Holland Christian Schools and day three for Fennville Public Schools, while students wait until next week for classes in Zeeland, Saugatuck and West Ottawa public schools, as well as Calvary Schools of Holland and Eagle Crest Charter Academy.
