Irene “Bunny” Slotman age 95, of Hamilton, died Sunday, March 12, 2023, at an area care center.
She was a member of Hamilton Reformed Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Dale in 2001; brothers, Wayne and Don, and sister-in-law, Gladys.
Irene is survived by her daughters, Jan Hemenway, and Jean, and Paul Koopman; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Jennifer and Jason Early (Jackson), Nathan and Cathy Hemenway (Megan, Jacob), Emily and Mike Heavener (Gerrit, Madison), Elizabeth and Chris Slagh (Annie, Riley, Luke); sister-in-law, Belva Brower; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 12 noon on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Hamilton Reformed Church, 3554 M-40, Hamilton with Pastor Ron Lugten officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be 10:30 – 11:45 prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Holland.
