Michael Todd Overman

July 31, 1960 – January 23, 2019

Michael Overman, age 58 of Holland, passed away surrounded by his loving family on January 23, 2019.

Mike had a passion for motorcycles, a passion that he shared with many who loved him. His daughter Tonya fondly remembers going with him to pick up his first bike! He could be found on many beautiful days on his bike, including riding with the love of his life, Linda. As his family grew, he passed this passion on to his grandsons, coaching them and cheering them on as they learned how to ride dirt bikes. When he wasn’t riding, Mike could be found traveling to Silver Lake to enjoy the beauty of the dunes, or listening to his favorite jazz and blues albums, like Eric Clapton. He was a hard worker, working at Woodward in Zeeland for the last 30 years. Overall however, Mike was a family man, who will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Jan, and his brothers Sam and Jim.

He is survived by his dear partner and love of his life, Linda

A time to gather and share memories will be on Monday, January 28, 2019, from 2:00-4:00 pm and 6:00-8:00 pm at Lakeshore Memorial Services.
