Roger L. Jipping, age 88 of Holland, passed away Saturday, December 21, 2019 at home.
Roger was born in Holland October 11, 1931 to John and Gladys (Beld) Jipping, and was a lifelong resident of the area. He was a longtime truck driver with Brooks Beverage, and was known over the roadways as “Captain Midnight”
Roger was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Ceola; and a sister Ruth (Rev. Ray) Rewerts.
He is survived by his children, Tam (Joe) Schnitzler, Jan (Mike) Cooper, Rick (Diane Mason) Jipping, Joy (Mark) Trameri, Scott (Laurie Heath) Jipping; 7 Grandchildren; several Great Grandchildren; a sister Lois (Donald) Schreur; many extended family and friends.
A private gathering will take place to celebrate Roger’s life.
