A visitation for Jack will be held Thursday, August 11, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Calvary on 8th, 996 East 8th Street, Holland 49423. A funeral service will occur Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 11:00 AM, 995 East 8th Street, Holland 49423. A burial will occur at Pilgrim Home Cemetery.
