BATTLE CREEK, MI (WNWN/WTVB) – A 17-year-old who just graduated from high school last month is dead following a shooting in Battle Creek late Monday night.
Battle Creek Police are investigating the fatal shooting in the area of Arbor Pointe Townhomes off Jackson Street West near North 20th Street.
Calhoun County Dispatch started receiving calls for multiple gunshots at about 11:55 p.m.
Christopher Mark Williams was taken to Bronson Battle Creek Hospital for treatment, but his injuries were too severe, and he died at the hospital.
