HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Ottawa County Sheriff’s deputies and detectives are investigating the stabbing of a 36-year-old Fennville man at 3611 Butternut Drive in Park Township.
Sheriff’s Capt. Mark Bennett said it happned at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2020, and police were called to the site of the incident at Holiday West Mobile Home Park.
Police were aleady on scene after a 911 call about a fight between people who, police say, knew each other.
Police found the stabbing victim at Holland Hospital with non-life threatening stab wounds to his leg and torso.
“That victim has chosen not to cooperate with investigators in this case,” Bennett said.
A 34-year-old woman at the mobile home park was arrested on outstanding warrants unrelated to the stabbing, he said in an email to WHTC, and she is now in Ottawa County Jail.
The stabbing remains under investigation, Bennett said.
