HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Ottawa County health officials reported two more people have died from COVID-19.
One is a woman in her late 50s; the other, a woman in her 80s. Each had underlying health conditions, according to county officials.
As of Wednesday, May 13, 2020, county health officials say, 510 residents have the virus — about one third were diagnosed in the last week. So far, 21 children age 9 or younger have the virus; those between the ages of 30 and 39 comprise the most cases, 95.
In Allegan County, 164 people have tested positive for the virus; 17 people are waiting on test results; and 31 people have probable cases of COVID-19. Allegan County health officials say 60 people are considered recovered. The death toll remains at two, they said.
