HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — A 61-year-old Holland man was hospitalized after a motorcycle-car crash in Park Township on Sunday, June 14, 2020
Ottawa County Sheriff’s deputies learned a 25-year-old Holland man was driving west on Ottawa Beach Road in a Honda Odyssey. He slowed for a vehicle in front of him that was turning left near Chippewa Drive. A 61-year-old Holland man, operating a BMW R12 motorcycle and headed westbound behind the Odyssey, could not slow in time. The BMW motorcycle hit the rear of the Honda. The motorcyclist was wearing a helmet, but was also injured. He went by AMR Ambulance to Holland Hospital.
The Honda driver wasn’t hurt.
