HOLLAND (WTHC-AM/FM) — A group of men robbed the Sprint Store at 1111 South Washington Ave. in Holland just before 2 p.m. Thursday June 25, 2020.
They walked into the store and immediately began stealing merchandise from the area open to customers as well as the back inventory area, accordingt to Holland Police Capt. Rick Walters.
No weapons were seen or implied by the suspects, he said. The suspects took off in what’s described as a “newer white Chevy Impala” that has been parked nearby.
Shortly after that, an Ottawa County Sheriff’s deputy spotted the possible suspect vehicle headed east on I-196 near M-6 and gave brief chase, which terminated in light of increasing speeds and heavy traffic conditions
