HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Biggby Coffee has a new chief development officer, Lisa Oak.
Oak, a former Subway vice president, plans on opening 50 stores this year. Her experience includes helping Subway during her 29-year career there, expand from 700 to 43,000 restaurants.
She launched a consulting firm, Oak Advisory Services, LLC., in 2015, renewing her acquaintance with Biggby cofounders Bob Fish and Michael McFall, whom she’d met during her Subway days.
Oak holds a law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law. She started her new job in January.
