HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — A 49-year-old Nunica man was hurt in a three-vehicle Crockery Township crash just before 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 25, 2019, according to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sgt. Rick Sykes.
The crash happened when a 16-year-old West Olive girl, driving a 2004 Ford Edge, was eastbound on Cleveland Street, when the Edge collided with a 2000 Buick Century that had also been eastbound, but attempting to run left onto 116th Avenue.
The force of the crash sent the Buick into a westbound 2014 Chevrolet Cruze, which had a 55-year-old Muskegon resident at the wheel.
The Nunica man went by North Ottawa Community Hospital EMS to the hospital for treatment of non-life threatning injuries, Sykes said. This crash remains under investigation by the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office.
