HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – Classes for the 158th Academic Year at Hope College got underway on Tuesday.
While there is excitement among the newest students, even seasoned staffers such as Director of News Media Services Greg Olgers get caught up in the anticipation of a good school year ahead.
“We’re always glad to have the students back,” he said during the resumption of his weekly updates on “WHTC Talk of the Town” on Monday. “After all, they’re why we’re here!
“The school year is just the routine that we’re looking forward to experiencing, and we’re grateful that the students have chosen Hope for pursuing their education. We’re looking forward to working with and serving them in the coming year.”
School officials are expected to post total enrollment numbers shortly for Academic 2019-20.
