HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Multiple police agencies are pursuing as many as four suspects in a break-in attempt at the Sprint store, 65 Douglas Ave., Holland Township. This is the second time in a week that the store has been targeted.
Allegan County Sheriff’s deputies are searching for the suspects — who appear to be black males dressed in all-black clothes — near Glenn. Police say if you see anything suspicous in that area, call 911.
This incident started just before 8 a.m. today, Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2019, when Ottawa County Sheriff’s deputies were alerted by a passerby alerted to a suspicous vehicle near the store. Police attempted to stop the vehicle, but a chase ensued, into Allegan County.
the vehicle stopped on I-196 near 114th Avenue, and several suspects fled on foot. They’ve arrested one individual, according to Ottawa County authorities, but are looking for as many as four more.
