HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Holland police detectives are seeking a suspect, after an assault with a hammer in the parking lot of Challenge Manufacturing, 1401 S. Washington Ave. in Holland, just before 4:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2019.
The victim went by ambulance to a nearby hospital; his condition is unknown, according to Capt. Keith Mulder, Holland Dept. of Public Safety.
Police were called to the scene where a fight broke out between two men,, and recovered the hammer believed used in the assault.
The suspect had fled, Mulder said, but police know who he is.
No one else was hurt. The incident remains under investigation.
