SAUGATUCK, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – Addressing a priority identified by the Saugatuck City Council is among the items on tonight’s meeting agenda.
The panel will be asked to allow City Manager Kirk Harrier to prepare and submit by Friday a state Department of Natural Resources Waterways Grant-in-Aid request. This would be to help pay for improving the current docks at Coghlin Park, a 180 thousand-dollar project that the city would pay half and the grant would cover the other half.
Details of the grant request, along with a preliminary engineering study of the project and the complete Saugatuck City Council 7 PM meeting agenda, is here.
