ALLEN PARK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Lions have picked up the fifth-year option on the contract of tight end T.J. Hockenson.
The move means he will remain with the team through the 2023 season.
Hockenson was drafted out of Iowa in the first round in 2019. He has 160 catches and 12 touchdowns in 40 games for Detroit.
