William “Bill” Williams, age 84 of Holland, passed away into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, April 23, 2022. Bill was a born-again Christian and was a faithful and devoted member of New Richmond Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon, among other numerous roles in church. He worked for Trendway Corporation for many years prior to retiring. Preceding him in death were his parents Henry and Mildred (Gossett) Williams; and 3 siblings, Luis, James, and Shirley. Bill is survived by his wife Ellen of 34 years; children Lynda Renkema, Steve (Kelly) Watts, Randy (Alicia) Tubergen, Erica (Charlie) Kimber, Micky (Sondra) Williams; grandchildren, Joshua, Benjamin, Joseph, Chris, Nicholas, Derek, Anthony, Brittney, Lindsey, Johnny, Jevic, Chloe, Rory, Chase, Matt, Tim; 18 great-grandchildren; brothers Robert (Peggy) Williams and Russell Williams; many extended family and friends. A funeral service to celebrate Bill’s life will be 11:00 am Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at New Richmond Baptist Church, 1909 Transport Lane, Holland, with Dr. Franklin Senters officiating. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 26 from 6-8:00 pm at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James St., Holland.
