HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — The League of Women Voters of the Holland area and Hope College are hosting a forum on statewide ballot proposals tonight.
Michigan voters will be asked three proposals on November 6th, one legalizing marijuana, the second to create a citizen’s redistricting committee and the third proposal would secure Michigan elections and voting rights.
Doors open tonight at 6:30 p.m. at Maas Auditorium. The President of the Michigan League of Women Voters Judy Karandjeff will be the guest speaker. This presentation is free and open to the public.
The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political organization which encourages the informed and active participation of citizens in government.
