HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — The suspect in last Thursday’s peeping incident at Meijer, ADDRESS, has been arraigned: 18-year-old Holland Township resident Jarrid Nicholas Percy-LaHaie faces two counts of surveilling an unclothed person, along with charges of being a habitual offender, according to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Detective Jake Sparks.
He remains in Ottawa County Jail on a $75,000 cash bond.
