LANSING, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – As Governor Snyder wades through several hundred pieces of legislation put onto his desk by the just-completed session of the state Legislature during these final days of his administration, the plaudits from those who worked with him over the past eight years are coming in.
Dave Lorenz accompanied Mr. Snyder on numerous trade missions overseas while serving as the Vice President of Pure Michigan. “Governor Snyder has not only been good to the travel industry,” Lorenz said during his weekly interview on “WHTC Morning News,” “but I think, if you look at the state in any sector or any level, as a non-partisan as I always do, you’ll have to agree that Governor Snyder is leaving the state better than when he found it.”
Lorenz added that he and his staff are looking forward to working with incoming Governor Gretchen Whitmer when she takes office on Tuesday. Coverage of her inauguration begins at 11 AM on 99 7 and 1450 WHTC.
