GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WHTC) – The first major retail show of the year in West Michigan is underway.
The third annual Grand Rapids Remodeling and New Homes Show opened at 12 Noon in DeVos Place, and for a three-day period, over 200 local exhibitors will be providing information and making appointments for those wishing to renovate their residence or seeking a new place to live in 2017. According to Tonya Gonzalez of the Home Builders Association of Greater Grand Rapids, who is sponsoring the event, it’s a one-stop place to begin this effort. “If you are planning any kind of project for your home, whether it’s a remodeling project, you’re building a new home, you need a new roof – this is the place to come to find somebody to help you do it,” she said.
There will be seminars by noted repair experts as well as room design models on display for attendees. More information is through the show promoter ShowSpan website.
