HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office is seeking input from the community.
They are looking to strengthen public trust and confidence by asking the public to take a survey.
The Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards partners with the Sheriff’s Department. The state commission whose members represent law enforcement, prosecution, defense, labor and the public. The 19 commissioners set standards for the law enforcement profession in Michigan, including police selection, training, recruitment and professional licensing.
Surveys need to be completed by March 20, 2017.
