HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Matlida Jacobs of Holland celebrated her 100th birthday Saturday, March 4 with her family and friends.
A party was held at Appledorn Assisted Living with over 70 people in attendance including Holland Mayor Nancy DeBoer.
Matilda moved to Holland when she was just six years old. Her great-grandson Scott Jacobs told WHTC News that the family came from the Netherlands to first live in Iowa.
