HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – A semi driver from Holland is in stable condition after rolling his semi Thursday afternoon in Robinson Township.
Deputies were dispatched to the crash at Lake Michigan Drive and 120th Avenue around 1:52 p.m. after 55-year-old William Tomsheck rolled his semi that was carrying milk, upside down into a ditch.
Sgt. Cal Kuening says the semi was turning southbound onto 120th Avenue when it rolled over into the ditch upside down. A second truck from the milk company responded to the scene to transfer the milk over so that a towing company could put the truck back over onto it’s wheels. Michigan State Police and the Robinson Township Fire Department also responded to the scene.
Tomsheck was alert when he was transported to Holland Hospital. The crash remains under investigation by the sheriff’s office.
