HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Spring Clean-up in Holland is coming this weekend.
Starting Saturday, March 18th, Holland residents may rake yard clippings, shrub trimmings, and wind-blown twigs into the curb or road shoulders for pickup by Street Department Crews.
Clean-up will last until Sunday, April 9th. If any refuse is left curbside after that date, the resident may be subject to a Civil Infraction Ticket.
Streets with storm gutters will be given priority by Street Crews, but residents who live on those streets are encouraged to avoid putting debris on top of or near storm grates.
Heavy limbs, stumps, garbage, and refuse in bags will not be removed and must be disposed of by other means.
