HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – There are only a couple more days to take advantage of the City of Holland’s annual Spring Cleanup Program. The last day for Holland residents to rake their yard clipping, shrub trimming, and wind-blown twigs to the curb or road shoulders for pickup by street Department crews is Sunday, April 9.
On Monday, April 10, a single pass will be made through the City to pick up any lawn refuse that was missed from the day before. After that, residents can call 335-1330 to receive a Project Pride Coupon, which allows them to transport a load of refuse to Chef Container at no charge to them. Two coupons are available per household per year.
As a reminder, heavy limbs, stumps, garbage, and bagged refuse will not be removed and must be disposed of by other means.
