Harry John Vander Kolk, age 90, of Hamilton, Michigan, passed away Monday, April 4, 2022.
Harry was born on the family farm, in Hamilton, Michigan to Wilber and Bertha Vander Kolk.
Harry lived on the Centennial farm for most of his life. He loved working and continued to farm until his passing. He was also currently employed by the Wayland Livestock Auction as a Weighmaster. He also hauled farm animals. He grew and sold sweet corn for several years. He worked for Lakeside Refinery in Kalamazoo, Michigan for many years.
Harry was involved in 4-H in Allegan County for 60 years.
Harry had a great sense of humor and will be missed by many people.
Harry is survived by his wife of 69 years, Donna; daughters Marsha (Casey) Wentzel, Teri (Ron) Boeve; grandchildren, Kathy (Pat) Marzean, Lisha (Rich) Teunissen, Jeramie (Cora) Boeve, great-grandchildren Trey, Lexi, Clara, Henry, and Lilly Teunissen.
Per Harry’s wishes, cremation will take place and no visitation or services are scheduled.
