HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Today is National Arbor Day. Arbor Day is a holiday in which individuals and groups are encouraged to plant trees.
In Holland at the Herrick District Library, there will be free tree seedling distribution to the community. You’ll also be able to enter a prize drawing for a free potted flowering shrub or tree. Must be present to enter. Only one seedling per person.
The event runs until 4:00 p.m. Herrick District Library is located at 300 South River Avenue in Holland.
