HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Another Freeze Warning will go into effect Monday evening.
The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids says the Freeze Warning is for Ottawa and Allegan Counties from 11:00 p.m. Monday till 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 9. Temperatures will not be as cold as this morning, but will bottom out from 25-30 degrees inland and 30 to 35 degrees along the lakeshore.
Sensitive vegetation that is not protected will be harmed by subfreezing temperatures and potted plants normally left outdoors should be covered or brought inside away from the cold.
Temperatures will warm up to the low to mid 60’s by midweek just in time for the 2017 Tulip Time Festival parades.
