SOUTH HAVEN, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – Nothing says summer like a good old-fashioned fish boil, so the folks over at the Michigan Maritime Museum in South Haven invite the public to attend their annual Fish Boil Fundraiser on Saturday, July 15th.
Fresh caught fish will be boiled with potatoes and onions for the dinner, in addition to dinner rolls, coleslaw, and a light summer beverage on the menu. For dessert, Sherman’s Dairy will be providing Lindy Lou ice cream- a vanilla ice cream with dark chocolate and cherry pieces, inspired by the Lindy Lou river launch cruise.
The dinner will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. (or until the fish runs out!) on July 15th at the Museum, which is located at 260 Dyckman Ave. in South Haven. Tickets can be purchased at the event for $10 per plate and $5 for children 5 and younger. All proceeds will go to the Museum for the coming year.
