HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – The Ottawa County Road Commission is out in full force cleaning up debris on the roads from Friday’s storm.
They are asking residents to help them by not dragging branches, brush or fallen trees from your property onto the shoulder of the road.
Right now the road commission has trees and branches that have fallen in the road-right-of-way that still need to be cleared. They can only remove trees that are verified to have fallen from within the road-right-of way.
They are asking that you contact provate contractors or other local government offices to find out about resources that are available for removal and disposal of debris in your area.
