GLENN, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – Any criminal charges against Dr. Bradley Bastow will come from the Allegan County Prosecutor’s Office after the office of state Attorney General Bill Schuette declined to file any complaints against the Glenn osteopathic physician. Dr. Bastow’s license was suspended by the state after an April incident when a patient underwent a 10-hour liposuction operation in a pole barn and the family claimed that conditions and procedures there were unsafe. Dr. Bastow reportedly had been conducting such operations there over a two-year period in defiance of court orders. County Prosecutor Rob Kengis told WWMT-TV that he is awaiting reports from Lansing before making any decisions on the case. Dr. Bastow has not been arrested in the matter.
