HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – The last “Walk about Wednesday in Washington Square in Holland will feature local artists local artists displaying and selling their work, the Art Cart from Holland Area Art’s Council and other activities.
The Westcore Neighbors Association will be on hand too. According to their website, their mission is to empowering the residents of the Westcore neighborhood to work together on the things that they care about contributing towards a strong, peaceful, beautiful, and vibrant neighborhood for everyone.
Artists will include Kara and Kevin Heck of Five Folds Book Folding, Sculptors Andrew James Doty and Devin Ballard, Jan Geitzen and her jewelry making, painter Paulette Carr and Midwest Finest Shirts.
Look for a bow on the door of participating merchants, including Bodhi Tree Yoga, Washington Square Minit Mart, Square Play Café, The Brew Merchant, Harbor Health and Massage, Silkscreen Marketing and Washington Squared.
It’s September 13th from 5-7 p.m.
Washington Square is a business district located on Washington Avenue between 18th and 19th Streets.
