WYOMING, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – A Wyoming woman who has not been seen since September 3rd may have been murdered according to Wyoming Police.
On the morning of September 3rd, thirty-five-year-old Ana Carrillo was last seen just before she left to pick up her children at the home of her ex-boyfriend, 38-year-old Andrew Hudson. Hudson is also the father of her children.
On Monday, September 11, police announced that they suspect foul play in the case, and named Hudson as a suspect. Hudson was also charged with a misdemeanor yesterday for allegedly lying to police about where his children were the day Carrillo disappeared. His father, 62-year-old Lyle Hudson, is also charged with a felony count of perjury. The charge stems from supposedly lying to police about a trail camera or image storage device, and about communications he had with his son.
Carillo’s cousin Ruben Martinez says they’ve got to keep going on the assumption she’s still alive and he has a team of people searching for her.
“I can’t propose anything less to my team because if I put that you know if we think the worst, then our mission was slowed down a little bit and that’s what we don’t want. I want to make a shout out to the search team. That’s one mission we’ve got, that she’s still alive.”
Anyone with information in the case is urged to call the Wyoming Public Safety Department.
