WYOMING, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – The ex-boyfriend of a missing Wyoming mother has been charged with murder.
On Thursday, 38-year-old Andrew Hudson was charged with open murder and evidence tampering in the September 3rd disappearance of 35-year-old Ana Carrillo. According to court documents, police found blood evidence tying Hudson to Carrillo in Hudson’s house and car.
Other evidence includes buttons that match Carrillo’s clothes found in a barrel on his property. A fire was seen burning on that property hours after she was reported missing.
Investigators are claiming that Hudson lied to Carrillo about their children being there and that is how he got her to go to his house. They say he also tried to conceal evidence of her murder.
Authorities says Hudson allegedly lyied to police during the investigation about where his children were and where he went on the day Carrillo disappeared. and is facing a perjury charge.
