GRAND HAVEN, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – The suspect in a robbery of a Grand Haven non profit has been identified.
The Grand Haven Department of Public Safety thanks the community for their assistance. On Sunday, October 29, the alleged suspect entered the Extended Grace building on Columbus Street around 2:00 a.m. wearing a giraffe costume and stole some items of clothing.
Representatives from Extended Grace were concerned that the man may have had addiction issues because he spent about five hours in the facility and passed out several times.
The suspects name has not been released and the investigation continues.
