HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – An executive search firm has been retained by the City of Holland in the search for the next city manager.
During Wednesday’s city council meeting, council voted to retain the Amy Cell Talent firm. The firm was picked over three other firms that had applied. The firm says it will take anywhere from 15-17 weeks to find a candidate and that travel costs will be around $22,550.
Cell has never conducted a city manager search, but has assured council that her search for candidates would be nationwide and aggressive.
In July, Greg Robinson was appointed Interim City Manager when Ryan Cotten stepped down from his duties.
